Today I am into day 5 of my CKD. It's been interesting because we pretty much ran out of food in the house and have to wait till payday to stock up, so the eating has defintely not been anywhere near where it should be. However, my weight is 85.5kg, that is a drop of 3.1kgs. So, starting from Monday (07/02/11), I will approach this with a little bit of science and nutrition. So to begin, this is a calculation of my lean mass and daily caloric intake.

This obviously means that I'm going to be weighing crap till the cows come home and that's not really my strong point. Also, it means that I'm going to probably have to start a food diary, which incidently I'm not great at either!
